Artak Oganesian attended California State University Northridge in Northridge, California, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2009. Wanting to stay within the Los Angeles community, Mr. Oganesian attended Southwestern Law School, where he served as the president of the Armenian Law Student Association and was a board member of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
